AAU Competition.
Leadership Academy.
One Experience.
Wyoming Rising combines elite AAU basketball and leadership training into a single, fully integrated experience. Athletes train, learn, and grow together during the week, then compete in high-level tournaments on the weekends. The result is a unified program where leadership development drives performance on the court—and competition strengthens leadership off it.
Wyoming Rising and the Maury Brown Leadership Academy are made made possible through the support of the Maurice and Bonnie Brown Charitable Foundation.
The Approach
elite basketball
Compete at the highest level. Wyoming Rising brings together the state’s top athletes to train and compete against elite national competition—providing exposure, high-level coaching, and opportunities typically unavailable within Wyoming. This is where talent is challenged, refined, and seen.
next-level leadership training
Develop beyond the game. Through mentorship, leadership sessions, service, and real-world experiences, athletes build the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to lead in school, in their communities, and in their future careers. This is where leaders are made.
